Launched in the summer of 2006, Minnesota Sports Zone offers the latest news, rumors, insiders, insight and updates about your Minnesota Timberwolves, Twins and Vikings.

We work collectively and post together to create this blog.  We have no editor and we are not putting too much emphasis on journalistic standards.  We are not here to prove our journalism skills or show how articulate we are.  Simply, we are here to inform and entertain the readers of this blog.

In the time this site has spent serving the sports community, we have developed connections in the sports world — and we hope to utilize everything.  We scan through the web on a daily basis and sift through the legitimate and the not-so-legitimate news from all resources the web has to offer (National, Official, Local, Blogs, Message Boards etc.).

All information we collect, whether it’s ground-breaking or simply just informing, will be posted on this site as immediate as possible.  We are confident that when you visit this site, you will not miss anything important.

HIRING: Not really, because you won’t get paid.  We are always looking for some help if any hardcore Minnesota sports fans want to blog.  Knowledge of the AP StyleBook is preferred, and/or a semester of journalism perhaps?  Send us a message if you are interested and possibly any work if you have any.
