The waiting appears to he finally over.
Len Pasquarelli of CBSSports.com reports Minnesota Vikings receiver Percy Harvin is on the verge of returning to the team this week and possibly as soon as Sunday night, according to sources close the second-year player.
Harvin has missed a lot of time while grieving over the loss of his grandmother followed by migraine problems. His recent migraine issues appear to be over…. for now.
The team recently sent Harvin a five-day letter, a tool used by a team when dealing with a player who has left the club. The team also received a roster exemption, meaning they would need to cut a player upon his return.
Update: Harvin has reported and may suite up when practice starts at 11:45 a.m.
