It’s Official: Sessions, Hollins to Cavaliers
The Minnesota Timberwolves have agreed to trade point guard Ramon Sessions and forward/center Ryan Hollins to the Cleveland Cavaliers for point guards Delonte West and Sebastian Telfair.
The Timberwolves will also send the Cavaliers a future second-round pick in the deal.
West and his partially guaranteed remaining contract will be waived by the team. Telfair will likely be traded or bought out with one year remaining left on his contract.
Point guard Jonny Flynn’s mom is safe from West.
