Minnesota Timberwolves’ power forward Kevin Love left Tuesday’s game against the San Antonio Spurs with an unspecified injury during the third quarter of the game.
Love was last seen slowly walking towards the locker room with a trainer and did not immediately rejoined his team on the bench. Forward/center Ryan Hollins checked into the game for Love.
The injury doesn’t appear to be related to his wrist. We will update you as soon as we get more information on the injury.
Update: It appears Love got banged up his side in the collision with forward/center DeJuan Blair, but is expected to play in fourth quarter. (12/29/09)
Update: Love did return to the game in the fourth quarter. Looks like no serious injuries. (12/29/09)
