Federal Appeals Stiff-Arms The NFL Again

Steve Karnowski (Associated Press) reports the U.S. appeals court rejected an NFL request to reconsider its decision in the case involving Minnesota Vikings defensive tackles’ Kevin and Pat Williams, who are accused of violating the league’s anti-doping policy.

This is considered another win for the Williamses, but the NFL will continue to consider options, including an appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.
