The Minnesota Twins exercised the 2011 option for outfielder Michael Cuddyer. The Twins had until five days after the conclusion of the World Series to exercise Cuddyer’s option or pay him a $1 million buyout. Cuddyer is now under contract for the next two years and will earn $10.5 million for 2011.
