NPB Tracker blog reports a Japanese baseball club may be interested in a couple players who have been on the Minnesota Twin’s major league roster this year.
The blog states that former Seattle Mariners’ catcher Kenji Johjima may have helped scout and compile a list for the Hanshin Tigers, the team he recently signed on to play for. Of the uncovered lists linked in the blog, pitcher’s Bobby Keppel and Juan Morillo were brought up.
As mentioned in the blog, these listed do not necessarily mean the Japanese club are in active negotiations with the players, but are players the club is looking at.
